Creative Elements Consulting Inc. (CEC) maintains this archive to provide a clear and transparent record of its current and previous Terms and Conditions.

CEC’s Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, policies, legal requirements, technology, or the way we work with our clients. Each material version is identified by its version number and applicable dates so that clients can determine which Terms applied to their relationship with CEC at a particular time.

This archive contains preserved PDF copies of CEC’s current Master Terms and Conditions and prior versions of its Terms and Conditions. Each document is retained as a permanent record of the exact Terms applicable to the periods and engagements identified below.

Master Terms and Conditions — Version 2026.1
Published September 1, 2026. Effective for new engagements beginning September 1, 2026, and for existing ongoing engagements beginning October 1, 2026, where accepted in accordance with these Terms.

The Terms and Conditions applicable to CEC engagements prior to the introduction of CEC’s versioned Master Terms and Conditions on September 1, 2026.
