What’s making me feel like these devices are crucial to being efficient in dealing with our ever-demanding lives is that I’m actually able to manage my entire company with my iPhone.

How is that possible? Well, as an example, it literally takes me a quarter of the time to check all my bank accounts, do transfers and more on my iPhone in comparison with my computer. The bank’s app is so well designed and easy to access that everything takes less time.

Another example is cloud and collaboration tools. I use Box to organize all my files into the cloud and assign permissions to the talented contractors I work with to collaborate efficiently. So easy to check the status of certain items, provide comments, assign tasks and much more!

How about checking the analytics of my clients’ websites to see how they’re doing, managing my calendar synchronized with all my other devices, scanning business cards that go straight into my address book, posting something on one of my social media platforms, taking notes on great ideas with Evernote, setting up reminders for to-dos…

The list is endless.
