When you step out of the office, even for a moment, you don’t want anyone to have access to your Mac

Since Mas OS High Sierra, Apple has provided a new feature called “Lock Screen”.

This is different from “shutting down” or “putting your Mac to sleep” as it simply does one thing: locking your screen from unauthorized access.

How to activate “Lock Screen”

Simply go to the black Apple on the top left corner and click “Lock Screen”.

That’s it!

Now, whenever you step out, even to grab a cup of coffee, we would recommend to lock your screen to ensure greater security and privacy.
